What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address, items ordered and any notes you add.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
- Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
- Browser storage: your cart, recently viewed items and view preference are saved in your own browser so they stay put between visits. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
We do not collect card numbers on this website. Payment is completed through a secure payment link sent by email.

- To send The Platform Post if you subscribed.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor, shipping carriers, email and form providers and our web host. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@cartplatforms.com. You can leave the newsletter any time on our unsubscribe page or with the link in any email. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved cart.
Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
